GSA IT Schedule 70.

GSA Information Technology (IT) Schedule 70 was established by GSA to assist federal government agencies with their procurement of IT products, services and solutions as needed to meet their agency IT missions. This Multiple Award Schedule grants agencies direct access to commercial experts who can thoroughly address the needs of the government IT community through 20 Special Item Numbers (SINs).

GSA PSS Schedule (Formerly MOBIS).

The GSA PSS Schedule offers a full range of management and consulting services that can improve a federal agency’s performance and their endeavor in meeting mission goals. PSS contractors possess the necessary expertise to facilitate how the federal government responds to a continuous stream of new mandates and evolutionary influence such as the President’s Management Agenda; Government Performance and Results Act; Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act; OMB Circular A-76; Federal Activities Inventory Reform Act; government reinvention initiatives such as benchmarking and streamlining. Through the PSS schedule, GSA can help you improve performance and accomplish mission goals through the use of specialized consulting and training services, facilitation, surveys, competitive sourcing and project management.

Navy Seaport Next Generation (SEAPORT NxG).

Seaport-NxG is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 23 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, Military Sealift Command, and the United States Marine Corps compete their service requirements amongst 1870 Seaport-NxG IDIQ multiple award contract holders. The Seaport-NxG portal provides a standardized, efficient means of soliciting offers from amongst the diverse population of large and small businesses and their approved team members. All task orders are competitively solicited, awarded and managed using the Seaport-NxG platform.

Army HR Solutions (all domains).

HRsolutions provides the Army with complete contract coverage of only those Human Resources (HR) functions that are appropriate for private sector performance. The Army leadership approved a broad scope with as many as 12 vendors covering the entire range of HR services provided to Army soldiers, Department of Army Civilians, and their families. The Army developed the contracts that comprise HRsolutions to provide for the contract needs of the Army HR community. Each of the contracts has three prime contractors with multiple subcontractors, all of whom were selected by Army HR specialists who placed a high premium on HR-related experience, top quality performance records, and competitive costs.

GSA Alliant.

Alliant GWAC includes any and all components of an integrated Information Technology (IT) solution, including all current and any new technologies which may emerge during the life cycle of the Contract and IT systems and services in support of National Security Systems, as defined in FAR 39.002. The Contract provides IT solutions through performance of a broad range of services which may include the integration of various technologies critical to the services being acquired. Specifics about Alliant include: 10 year Multiple Award/Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (MA/IDIQ), Five year base (May 1, 2009 through April 30, 2014), one five year option (May 1, 2014 through April 30, 2019), $50 Billion contract ceiling, North American Industry Classification System (NAICS), 541512, Computer Systems Design Services, supports various task order contract types to include Fixed Price (FPI, FPAF), Cost (CPFF, CPIF, CPAF), Time & Material and Labor Hour; for use by federal and Department of Defense agencies with a delegation of procurement authority, ability to support regional and global IT requirements, Increased small business subcontracting goals, and allows for ancillary support to offer an integrated IT solution.


T4NG is a Multi-Agency (MAC) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order (MATO) contract, with a base ordering period of five years and one five-year option period. Intelligent Waves will supply information technology service solutions that will aid in the VA’s transformation and implementation of MyVA, with the objective to improve Veteran services. This vehicle is anticipated to be the VA’s primary source of Information Technology services and solutions—including IT requirements in healthcare—that will comprise of the life-cycle of a system. This life-cycle goes from project management, to systems engineering, and cyber security.

One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) (Pool 1).

OASIS Small Business (SB) are multiple award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts that provide flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services.  These contracts: Span many areas of expertise and mission spaces; Span multiple professional service disciplines; Allow flexibility for all contract types, including hybrids and cost-reimbursement, at the task order level; and Allow ancillary support components, commonly referred to as Other Direct Costs (ODC), at the task order level.  Arrowpoint supports the Program management services core disciplines.
